Your privacy matters.
This is a pre-launch product policy. The academy must publish its legal operator, contact details, applicable jurisdiction, retention periods, and approved service providers before accepting live learners.
Information used by the academy
Account details, guardian-managed learner profiles, bookings, messages, confirmed lesson notes, consent records, billing references, and security logs support your learning. Passwords are hashed. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by QuranMust.
Children and classrooms
Adults create and manage child profiles. Guardian consent and an eligible teacher are required. Children’s classrooms are blocked until recording infrastructure has been verified and recording is active. Private messages are screened for contact information; safety concerns are accessible only to authorized reviewers.
Automation and your choices
AI drafts require explicit server configuration. Children’s lesson transcripts are excluded from external lesson-draft processing. Teacher confirmation is required before drafts enter learner progress. You can adjust email reminders in Settings and unsubscribe from marketing separately. Use the support portal to request access, correction, export, or deletion; some billing and safeguarding records may require a defined retention period.
Before launch
The operator must complete provider agreements, retention and deletion rules, incident handling, and jurisdiction-specific legal review. This page does not claim a completed privacy certification.
