Pre-launch terms: the academy must confirm its legal identity, jurisdiction, published prices, refund policy, and contact details before paid enrollment.

Accounts and conduct

Account holders must be adults. Children learn through a guardian-managed profile. Keep contact and payment details inside approved academy channels, treat teachers and learners respectfully, and report concerns through the portal. Teachers need academy approval before accepting lessons.

Scheduling and billing

Times are displayed in your selected time zone. A trial is limited to one active claim per learner. Regular lessons require an active plan. Cancellation at least 12 hours in advance returns a makeup credit for eligible paid lessons. Late cancellations normally do not return credit. Refund requests require human review; submitting a request does not guarantee approval. You can manage recurring billing in Stripe’s customer portal.

Teaching and automation

Teachers confirm assessments, notes, and progress. Automated drafts are assistance and do not replace a qualified teacher or scholar. Religious questions and certification decisions require authorized human review. Availability depends on approved teachers and configured services.

Service status

Until live integrations and launch checks are completed, public previews do not accept live payments or run classrooms. Contact the academy through your account’s support portal for help.
